please stop overbooking your flights
by not just one, but two, three, five, six people.
this minor flaw has caused me to be at the airport off and on for two days,
have my bag already in SLC,
(which means I am wearing the same thing as yesterday and used mom's mascara)
and in general,
just lots of stress.
